Made with butter, this soft brioche, in the usual shape, is still shaped in our workshops
in the purest pastry tradition of our region.
With chocolate chips, pearl sugar or grapes, we provide a touch of gluttony to this originally plain brioche.
In individual or sharing size, it can be enjoyed at breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
Available in cooked, precooked and raw frozen, in different formats.
